With over twenty years of experience in information systems, Tom Eichner brings insight and leadership to his role as Chairman, providing a strong foundation for CrossView. Before founding CrossView, Tom was Vice President, Consulting (Americas) for Seer Technologies, an enterprise software company offering tools, practices and applications to large-scale development organizations. Tom's focus on communication, interpersonal management and customer satisfaction was instrumental in leading revenue growth in Seer's services division. His earlier assignments at Seer included managing some of its largest engagements in the financial services industry. Before joining Seer as a founder in 1990, Tom held management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and Manufacture's Hanover. He holds a BA from Baruch University and an MBA from St. John's University.

Mark Fodor has more than 18 years of experience in the IT industry that spans multiple industries, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, and insurance. Before joining CrossView, Mark was a Partner at Brulant Inc., providing counsel on delivering multi-channel solutions to increase market share by improving customer service, brand loyalty, and market reach. Prior to Brulant, Mark served as Director of eCommerce at Things Remembered, where he was responsible for strategic business operations and technical infrastructure. He also served as Director of eBusiness for Cole National, establishing cross-functional partnerships between IT and business units.

Darl Crick has more than 13 years of experience in software development and software services. Before joining CrossView, Darl was with IBM where he held positions as Senior Technical Staff Member - IBM Software Services for WebSphere, Chief Architect and Manager - eCommerce Performance and Business Runtime, Senior Technical Manager - WebSphere Commerce Caching and Performance and various positions within the DB2 product family. As the Chief Technology Officer for CrossView, Darl is responsible for providing oversight on CrossView's products and service offerings. This includes architecture, performance, infrastructure and managed services.

Karima Sundarji, a founder of CrossView, has worked with retailers in the e-commerce industry for over a decade and has managed services organizations that have supported software products for nearly 17 years. She ran the Canadian division for a software company, Seer Technologies in addition to leading customer engagements for Fortune 500 companies in financial, retail and sectors. After leaving Seer, she became a Founder and President of an IBM Premiere Business Partner, CrossView. She has worked with leading e-commerce customers such Avery Dennison, SONY Electronics, Sam Ash Music, innovative startups like Forest2Market.com and government clients such as FEMA. These engagements have been focused around helping these customers envision, develop, and successfully implement strategic solutions in their industries. Karima has also sat on the board of directors of a software startup and worked with several non-profits to help them utilize her business and leadership experience to implement technology solutions. Karima holds a degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Michael von Bodungen brings over 18 years of experience to the IT industry. He was a founding member of CrossView. During his tenure at CrossView he has served as the CTO responsible for overall architecture and design in large consulting engagements at customers like Sony, Home Depot, Brunswick Boat Group and IBM Global Finance. He is an expert at IBM WebSphere Commerce implementations including integration into back-end ERP systems. He also built the first WebSphere Commerce based Point of Sale solution for Acme Brick, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Presently, Michael is the EVP of Product Development for CrossView which includes their CrossView Web, Point of Sale Customer Care and Intelligent Advisor product lines. Michael received a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College in Davidson, NC. He is a member of the Chief Technology Council Organization of Washington, D.C. and is an active participant in the open source software development community.

Leila brings a broad range of experience to CrossView across multiple disciplines, including human resources, marketing, project management and e-commerce. Over the last 13 years, she has worked in information technology and e-commerce for multiple companies, including Ford Motor Company where she served as a business analyst in the company’s customer service division. As e-commerce manager for Carhartt, Leila was responsible for Carhartt.com, the retailer’s business-to-consumer website, and CarharttDirect.com, the business-to-business site. She directed the growth and progression across three unique implementations of e-commerce technology for the sites. Leila joined CrossView’s predecessor, Shared Vision, in 2008 as a project manager. Her unique blend of project management, IT and retail skills enabled her not only to work with key CrossView clients such as Sam Ash and David’s Bridal, but also to assume leadership roles for the firm in human resources and marketing. Leila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social psychology and marketing from Michigan State University.

John Beechen has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Industry around the world, including in his native Australia, as well as Asia and the U.S. His expertise lies in the interface between business and IT, ensuring that technical solutions meet business objectives. Passionate about how to effectively organize human talents around technical and business problems, John is an advocate of simplifying systems so that talented individuals can see their work achieve effective results. He holds a Bachelor of Business (IT) and an MBA, in addition to certifications in Project Management and Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies. He has performed work for many different sectors of business, including Mining and Construction, Retailers, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Finance, Services. John has worked in consulting for much of his professional career, a uniquely rewarding experience in the diversity of customer engagements and environments. As vice president of Managed Services, John's role is to apply technical and business talent to organizations with existing ecommerce systems to ensure that clients can make the most of these significant investments, and expand their scope with the goal of growing their business. John lives in Boulder, Colorado.

John has more than 20 years of experience delivering value-based technology solutions and helping to drive customer success in multiple industries. Prior to joining CrossView, John managed global strategic accounts for PTC, delivering world-class software solutions enabling product development. Previously, John served 11 years with IBM’s Software Group, managing major account relationships, leading sales engagements and specializing in WebSphere solutions for e-commerce, integration and business process management. He has dedicated his career to delivering total customer satisfaction and providing clear value propositions while solving complex business problems with innovative technology. John is a graduate of Marquette University.

Marshall Freiman has been a pioneer in the e-commerce industry, working since the early days both as a developer at IBM and then as a VP of Engineering at two of the top solution providers. He has architected groundbreaking solutions for clients such as REI, Harry & David, West Marine and most recently Sony. Marshall holds a BS in Engineering, a MS in Database Technologies and an MBA in International Business and MIS. He is responsible for the Point of Sale and auxiliary components in the CrossView Product Suite.

Chang Li brings more than 12 years of software development and service experience in the retail industry to CrossView. In his past career, he worked on IBM WebSphere Commerce in the IBM Toronto Lab since its formative years in the 90s. He was awarded multiple patents for innovations in his work. He also spent years working with retail clients such as The Home Depot and Staples directly as a solution architect for IBM Software Services. Some of his clients transact billions of dollars worth of business on line and are amongst the top e-Commerce sites in the world. As Senior Vice President of Software Development at CrossView, Chang is responsible for the architecture and implementation of key CrossView products such as Retail Management Console, CrossView Intelligent Advisor, CrossView Search and CrossView Content Gateway. Chang received a M.Sc. in Computer Science from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Drawing from over 15 years of experience in IT and 12 years of experience in consulting as a Project Manager, Derek has a knack for translating operational opportunities into the highest value for clients in his role as the VP of Services. Having worked with highly recognizable companies such as Sprint, NASA, Accenture, Advance Auto Parts, and IBM, Derek's experience is complimented by his attention to detail, results-driven solutions, and customer-first focus. As the VP of Services, Derek is responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing project implementations exceed client expectations, through effective project management and efficient project processes. Derek, a proud native of Savannah, Georgia, received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics from Morehouse College in Atlanta.
