Health Care: You and the firm share the cost of health care coverage. Your contribution is paid with pretax dollars - before Federal, Social Security, and most state taxes are calculated (IRS Section 125). We offer a choice of plans:
Medical Insurance: Oxford Health Plans / United HealthCare Company offers enhanced benefits for treatment through a network of participating doctors. You pay $20 per office visit. Or you may choose out-of-network care - with a deductible of $500 per year. And co-insurance of 20% of the first $5000 or $1000 out-of-pocket total per year plus the deductible of $500 totalling $1500 per year.
Dental Insurance: Guardian Dental plan covers a wide range of dental expenses - check-ups, cleaning and x-rays as well as benefits for fillings, (and after a year of wait) root canals, crowns and bridges. If you prefer, you may enroll in the dental plan alone.
Vision Insurance: Eye Care International provides coverage for $28 per year for either a family or an individual.
Flexible Work Arrangements: Many of our employees have outside commitments - child care, elder care, education, community activities - in addition to career demands. They may need some additional flexibility in their working arrangements. CrossView endorses flexible work arrangements when they are mutually beneficial to the individual and the company.
Income Protection: Income Protection plans are designed to reduce the burden you and your family could face from loss due to a disability or death.
