Job Title: Solution Manager/Technical Sales Architect

Role Description:
CrossView’s Solution Manager requires an experienced professional with Technical Sales Architect knowledge. This role assume overall technical leadership and account responsibility for designing solutions at a high level that will leverage the capabilities of the CrossView solutions portfolio, driving services and software sales revenue. Leveraging pre-sales methodologies, the Solution Manager will use in-depth knowledge of solutions and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to influence clients and sell CrossView solutions.

Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:

Include the following; other duties may be assigned.
  • Drives the sales process, leads in uncovering client business needs, helps define overall strategy/objectives, builds client cost estimates and drives the successful delivery of CrossView solutions

  • Applying client and prospective client strategy, proposes new and potentially complex software and service solutions to clients in response to business requirements

  • Develops and presents white boarding of solutions: the “as is” and mapping the “to be” environments

  • Authors the Statement of Work (SOW’s)

  • Collaborates with internal CrossView resources to build solutions and proposals; communicates/analyzes solution alternatives; uses methodologies to develop and support solutions

  • Prepares and facilitates presentations to clients, prospective clients and at industry conferences/trade shows

  • Collaborates in setting short and long-term sales strategies; realizes success against sales strategies and quotas

  • Seeks out and follow-up on sales opportunities; conducts pre-sales calls and other client and prospect interactions

Education & Experience Required:
The Solution Manager/Technical Sales Architect position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field and a minimum of five years of relevant sales experience across retail, consulting, or e-business. Leadership experience providing and coordinating necessary technical activities during the sales cycle, supporting business case analysis, facilitating demonstrations and presentations, supporting customer satisfaction goals, and working as an integral part of a sales team is required. A demonstrable record of sales achievement, strong communication and presentation skills are required and prior consulting experience is strongly preferred. The incumbent in this role must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Location/Travel Requirement:
We have 3 formal office locations in Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON and Noida, India. Our employees are not required to live near our office locations and can work remotely. There is a 50% travel requirement for this position.
