Business Solution

For Integrity, the CrossView Web Store provides a base for all of their Commerce initiatives online. The first store, IntegrityDirect.com, will be their direct to consumer marketplace for all Integrity products. It includes:

  • Interfaces with SAP for products, customers, order history, order status and shipping updates, and outbound orders from Commerce to SAP
  • All existing website customers were ported to Commerce, so existing site users can login to the new site without having to re-register
  • Ability to register customers during the checkout process (or via registration links), and capture demographic information for customer segmentation
  • Church registration allows individuals who are buyers for a church to place order on account with Integrity and purchase tax exempt if they are a tax exempt entity
  • An approval process for church registrations which allows customers to buy on credit card until their account is approved by Integrity. Once approved they can also purchase on Purchase Order, but we dont prevent them from purchasing before their account is approved
  • User friendly UI makes it obvious to users where they are in the purchase process and intuatively guides them through the order path

Using a B2B component, businesses are able to purchase via Purchase Orders, receive discounted pricing and tax exempt status. The CrossView Web Store is built in IBM Websphere Commerce eSite model. It interfaces with SAP which reduced the effort required to maintain the online catalog.
