CrossView, Inc., a pioneering provider of cross-channel retail and commerce solutions, announced today the successful launch of its CrossView Retail Management Console (RMC) by New York-based music retailer Sam Ash Music.
Sam Ash utilizes the CrossView RMC as its product information management system, allowing its marketing team to centrally maintain product, content and promotion information for its multiple retail channels.
"The CrossView RMC gives Sam Ash the ability to manage complex retail promotions (including credit promotions), and products," said Mark Fodor, CrossView CEO. "It supports Sam Ash's product content and rich media for their website, call center channel, and their shopping portals including Amazon, Traffic Leader and Google Product Search. It also gives them the ability to feed information to their in-store signage applications."
"As a multi-channel retailer, we were challenged to deliver consistent product information across our channels," said David Ash, CEO of Sam Ash Music. "CrossView helps us assemble, manage and publish thousands of products and the data associated with each product to our web, call center and in-store signage system."
The CrossView Retail Management Console extends and complements Sam Ash's IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. Some of its features include: unlimited product attributes, an attribute dictionary, unlimited product images, the ability to assign multi-media files to products, and advanced promotion management tools.
