At NRF 2009 CrossView Inc. will launch CrossView Webstore as the latest addition to their Cross-Channel offering. In a joint presentation with IBM (Delight Customers and Optimize Operations by Leveraging a Cross-Channel Customer Interaction Platform – Monday January 12th at 2 pm), CrossView’s CEO Mark Fodor will demonstrate the value proposition realized with a cross-channel solution and highlight how CrossView strengthens their ability to deliver customer centric solutions. CrossView Web is optimized for e-commerce best practices for marketing and usability. This includes search engine optimization, advanced and faceted search functions, product displays and attributes, wish lists, reviews, promotions, quick checkout and order history.
