CrossView recently added a Strategy and Customer Experience team to their roster. The team will focus on strategic planning, search engine optimization and customer experience design.
Leading the team will be Kevin Moffitt. He joined CrossView as the Vice President of Strategy and Customer Experience. “Kevin is an enormous asset to CrossView”, says CEO Mark Fodor, “His leadership within the retail industry and extensive strategy and usability experience elevates our offerings.” Kevin Moffitt has managed the design, development, and operations of large-scale websites in financial services, non-profit, and retail. He holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from the University of Richmond, an M.A. from Northeastern University, and a B.A. from Pepperdine University.
The CrossView Strategy & Customer Experience Practice guides the development of industry-leading cross-channel solutions, both internally through the CrossView Product Suite, and externally through retail client engagements. The team will focus on understanding the customer, defining KPIs, strategy development and Execute & Optimize.
Supporting Kevin as Managers of Strategic Services will be Steve Beir and Rick Polly. Both bring a wealth of experience in merchandising, supply chain, retail operations technologies, project management, and business analysis. Steve brings over 25 years of experience to the team as well as a deep knowledge in retail including business process management and ecommerce. Rick possesses over 15 years of retail experience and joins CrossView after holding positions from GSI Commerce and Circuit City.
The Strategy and Customer Experience team has quickly become an integral part of the award winning CrossView Cross-Channel Commerce. They have already secured a win from a top 5 provider of aftermarket auto parts. Their efforts will allow the retailer to proactively gain feedback on usability issues that their customers experience when navigating through the site.
