Google Checkout

googleCrossView Integration for Google Checkout™ provides the ability to process credit card payments via a trusted third party so the merchant never accesses the credit card number directly. Google maintains the credit card data for the consumer and processes credit card transactions on behalf of the merchant using an account the customer has pre-registered for with Google. Google Checkout™ will typically not be used as a replacement for a traditional credit card merchant account and processor, but rather serves as an additional available payment method that is independent of a traditional credit card processor.

CrossView Integration for Google Checkout ™ supports the following:
  • Orders shipped to a single shipping address
  • Merchant calculation API for tax and shipping.
  • Partial shipments are supported for the same shipping address.
  • Providing line item level shipping and re-authorization
  • Implementation of the Ship Items command
  • Passing of order adjustments to Google Checkout
  • Implementing the back-order items command for any items that are backordered
