Features of CrossView Integration for Shipping

Surcharge Application:

  • This feature allows you to apply a surcharge on the shipping rates returned by the shipping provider, giving you the ability to adjust the shipping rate to include an additional amount or to discount the shipping rate returned.

Track Order Functionality:

  • The track order functionality allows your customers to go to the order status page and, if the order has been shipped, view the various stages of the order shipment. This has been made possible by the implementation of the tracking API of the shipping provider.
  • The CrossView tracking feature provides you with the options to link directly to the shipping provider sites or to enable your shoppers to stay on your site. By utilizing the feature that enables your shoppers to stay on your site, you are given the ability to control the amount of information given about a package. Having this feature allows you to hide tracking numbers in an effort to prevent fraud.
