  1. Does DHL support both 5 digit and 9 digit zip codes? What if a user uses 9 digit zip code with/without hyphen?
    DHL only supports 5 digits zip codes. If a user uses a 9 digit zip code (with or without a hyphen) then integration converts it into a 5 digit zip code before sending the request to DHL. First 5 digits are taken from the 9 digits.
