CrossView Integration for Amazon:

  • This integration gives you the ability to flag and publish items that you want to make available on Amazon by using the CrossView Product and Promotions Manager. Once these products are published in Amazon’s site, customers can shop for the products and place their orders through Amazon. Orders are then downloaded and stored in IBM WebSphere Commerce. Once orders are designated as shipped in WebSphere Commerce, a scheduled job will send a message to Amazon indicating ship confirmation. Amazon will then capture funds for the order from the customer and remit the payment to you.
