CrossView Integration for CyberSource

cybersourceCyberSource requires shipping address and item cost to calculate the tax and it returns actual tax instead of tax percentage. Based on the actual tax and item cost, the percentage tax is calculated by the integration for the shipping address and returned. On the WebSphere Commerce end, the percentage tax is cached for each shipping address. If other items in the order have the same shipping address, then the tax percentage is retrieved from the cache instead of sending another request to CyberSource.
