Retail Management Console
The CrossView RMC is a product information management system that drives all catalog product and services attributes, pricing, promotions and associations to all your channels. With this solution you are able to share marketing and merchandising assets and rules across channels as well as with other systems such as the print catalog, store signage and third party affiliates who need the catalog attributes and images (i.e. Amazon, Froogle, Traffic Leader, etc.).
The RMC becomes the central source of truth for your product master and is controlled with workflows and informational queries that support the collection of master data. The CrossView RMC gives retailers the ability to manage complex retail promotions (including credit promotions), and products. It supports product content and rich media for websites, the call center channel, physical stores and shopping portals including Amazon, Traffic Leader and Google Product Search. It also gives retailers the ability to feed information to their in-store signage applications. The CrossView Retail Management Console extends and complements the IBM WebSphere Commerce platform.
