User Interface design
Customer training – ensures customer knows how to merchandise products in Management Center to build out the sales catalog in support of the appropriate merchandising of products
Search configuration training to discuss how search can be modified. Testing includes: search scenarios, landing pages and results prioritization
Marketing spot design and placement throughout the site
Review of promotion capabilities, documentation of specific client promotion requirements and testing of scenarios
Identification of integration to third-party systems design and associated requirements
