Architecture Assessment
Architecture Assessment is designed to help companies identify and close gaps, and performance problems in their commerce architecture. In a three-day engagement, CrossView technologists conduct a thorough review of a retailer’s commerce architecture and identify a plan and timeline for remedial activities.
Migration Assessment
Like a fit gap, migration assessment identifies ways in which IBM WebSphere Commerce “fits” into the client environment and looks at gaps in either the infrastructure or client expectations. Once the assessment is completed, the client will understand the time and cost associated with migration.
Activities include the following:
- Understand the size and scope of applications to be migrated
- Analyze the code and changes required to the application
- Review Management Center and administrative tool customizations
- Review data base
- Review build-and-deploy process
- Build a project plan for delivery
