Santa Clara, CA — December 9, 2011 — CrossView, Inc., a cross-channel commerce solutions and retail technology provider, announced today it has received top 10 rankings in two categories of the 2011 RIS News Software LeaderBoard. Out of 567 vendor evaluations, CrossView placed in the top 10 for customer satisfaction among targeted vendor solutions and product innovation.
“To be recognized for our solutions is very powerful. In an industry with such strong competition we are thrilled to be included,” said Mark Fodor, CrossView CEO.
Multiple criteria were considered by retailers in evaluating customer satisfaction. Overall performance, return on investment, innovation, product reliability, ease of installation/integration, ease of administration, quality of support and service were rated by CrossView customers.
“The fact that CrossView was rated so highly by retailers who depend on smoothly operating cross-channel solutions demonstrates its commitment to delivering client satisfaction and meeting high expectations,” said Joe Skorupa, editor-in-chief, RIS News.
In its 11th consecutive year, the RIS News survey ranks retail technology software vendors. Final rankings are determined by vendor evaluations and retailer surveys managed by a third-party research firm. More than 240 retailers participated in this year’s evaluations.
The RIS Software LeaderBoard is published every December and distributed at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Retail's Big Show in January in New York, NY. Visit CrossView at NRF in Booth #3044 for a demonstration of its CrossView Cross-Channel Commerce Solution.
