Mobile POS and more to be featured in booth #3044
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan 12, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CrossView, Inc., a cross-channel commerce solutions and retail technology provider, announced today it will demonstrate its award-winning cross-channel commerce platform in booth #3044 at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Annual Convention & EXPO in New York City, January 16 - 17. Several new features will be highlighted, including mobile integration.
An interactive, cross-channel tour of the customer journey will be demonstrated via the company's multi-faceted solution, which unifies in-store, Web store, call center and mobile touchpoints on one platform. CrossView also will demonstrate its delivery of analytics across the platform and show how intelligence can be used to create more personalized, profitable customer interactions.
CrossView's newly released mobile point-of-sale solution also will be featured in the booth. The solution was recently deployed by Moosejaw in the retailer's outdoor specialty stores. Mobile POS is one of several offerings in CrossView's portfolio, which recently earned the company a top 10 ranking on the 2011 RIS News Software LeaderBoard for customer satisfaction and product innovation.
